Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed after 8/PM IST will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as your location. You can view the shipping cost during the checkout process before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we only ship to addresses within India. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delays and Exceptions

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot guarantee specific delivery dates or times. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, natural disasters, or other external factors may cause delays. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping. We only ship within India.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.
